COLLECTION / DELIVERY 

Collection available on all prams 

Personal Delivery or Carrier service can be arranged For extra charge , dependent on distance 

PAYMENT PLANS

We provide payment Plans for Prams the details are Stated on all the pram posts. 

These deposits are unfortunately non refundable due to the pram / item being removed from sale and therefore belonging to yourself

we are also unable to transfer deposits from one pram to another For any reason.

Payment for prams are to be made in cash bank transfer, or Klarna 

If you cancel your pram within 7 days of ordering,  any payments that have been made towards the pram will be refunded, excluding deposit.

After the initial deposit is paid , payments are to made as agreed at point of sale between ourselves LHMD and the buyer, payments are to suit you the buyer within the payment plan.

We do Not give refunds , for a change of  mind on prams.

All items are safety checked and 

working when sold,

You are purchasing A secondhand preloved pram that may have slight usuage marks Due to the finish of frames & Plastics .

Please note we do try to capture them on our pics.
It is Customers Duty to inspect on viewing , or look at pics shown Before committing.

Videos and extra photos can be requested and LHMD is happy to provide these to the buyer.

On this basis we do not give refunds of any kind as we have provided this disclosure in these terms.

we fully service , safety check & Professionally clean all prams before being made available for sale.

If any pram becomes faulty within 2 months after it’s sold(time of sale) we will determine by inspection of our service team or manufacture services whether it’s wear & tear or faulty parts. 

Wear & Tear is unfortunately not covered under our warranty, unfortunately we do not warranty raincovers , Zips , changing bags & accessories.

these Need to be checked before purchase .

Only LHMD will make the assessments necessary , undertake any repairs , make the final decision .

No third party involvement made by the customer will be accepted by LHMD.
