COLLECTION / DELIVERY 

Collection available on all prams 

Personal Delivery or Carrier service can be arranged For extra charge , dependent on distance 

PAYMENT PLANS

We provide payment Plans for Prams the details are Stated on all the pram posts. 

These deposits are unfortunately non refundable due to the pram / item being removed from sale and therefore belonging to yourself

we are also unable to transfer deposits from one pram to another For any reason.

Payment for prams are to be made in cash or bank transfer.

If you cancel your pram within 7 days of ordering,  any payments that have been made towards the pram will be refunded, excluding deposit.

After the initial deposit is paid , first payment must be paid within 4 weeks of the deposit date, then make payments to suit you within the payment plan , unless stated on the advertisement.

We do Not refund prams once paid for , for a change of mind on their purchase

All items are safety checked and working when sold,

we fully service , safety check & Professionally clean all prams before being made available for sale.

If any pram becomes faulty within 2 months after it’s sold(time of sale) we will determine by inspection of our service team or manufacture services whether it’s wear & tear or faulty parts. 

Wear & Tear is unfortunately not covered under our warranty, unfortunately we do not warranty raincovers , Zips , changing bags & accessories.
